We use information to operate the app, maintain portfolio records, process review workflows, improve product quality, provide support, protect accounts, process subscriptions, and keep marketplace activity trustworthy.

Photos and Item History

Photos, notes, authentication details, item records, and supporting evidence may be used to display your portfolio, support review workflows, preserve item history, and power sharing features you choose to use.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help run MatchHQ, when required by law, when you use sharing or marketplace features, or when needed to protect users, rights, safety, and platform integrity.

Security

MatchHQ uses technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Use strong credentials and keep access to your device and account protected.

Data Choices

You can delete your account from MatchHQ settings or contact support for account, portfolio, or privacy questions. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or transaction integrity reasons.
